Return & Exchange Policy

1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the rare event that an item arrives damaged.


2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re committed to making it right. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, showing both the item and its packaging.

3. Review & Resolution
Once we receive your email and photos:

  1. We’ll review your claim within 2 business days.

  2. If approved, you may choose between:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • A replacement sent at no additional cost.

  3. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label (covered by us) so you can return the damaged item at no cost to you.

  4. Once we receive the damaged item, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement immediately.


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items in perfect condition, even if unused or unwanted, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is covered by us only for items confirmed as damaged.

  • Original shipping charges on refunded orders are not refundable.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
