At first glance, it looks like a painting—but it's a photograph.Originally titled "Painted Leaf," this image captures the surprisingly smooth and brushstroke-like texture of a Hosta plant that I spotted while walking home one afternoon. The leaves looked so picture-perfect alongside my neighbor’s house that I couldn’t resist photographing them. Out of all the shots, this one stood out—it had the delicate, almost painted quality that inspired its original name.
